Most of my clients are busy professionals in their 30s or 40s who have young children and no plans to die anytime soon. Some are into their 70s. A Starter WillTM is a possible first stage and comprehensive approach to your estate plan. Much like a starter home, a "starter will" is a manageable entry-point into wills and other estate planning documents. Also, like a starter home, you may later move on from this initial plan or find that it serves you for a number of years to come.
